We support and nurture each clients individual uniqueness.
We seek to understand each persons goals and help to create a treatment plan that can help individuals find mental and emotional balance.
I am passionate about the work that I do to assist individuals in becoming emotionally healthy and meeting their wellness needs. I have worked with many individuals including adults, children and couples. I have experience with veterans, those struggling with past trauma or PTSD, as well as suicidal thoughts or anxiety/depression. No matter what you are looking to work on, my number one priority is to meet you where you are to create a plan that is unique to your needs.

During these sessions, individuals struggling with mental health concerns can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and confidential environment. I may use various techniques and approaches to help you gain insight into your challenges and develop coping strategies. Individual therapy can be an effective way to manage symptoms such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
Teens are often going through many changes in their lives and they may find it challenging to talk to their parents about what they are feeling or going through. This is normal as many teens may get closer to their peers and distance themselves from their parents or caregivers. Therapy can be a place where they can safely explore their emotions and experiences without judgment or being told what to do. Instead they have the freedom to explore and build emotional wellness.
The ongoing challenges of missed communication, difficulty expressing how each of you feels is becoming a cycle. Sure there may be periods of 'honeymoon' periods but the disagreements never go well. OR you may desire more intimacy with one another and how you show up for one another. Couples therapy can assist you in figuring out how to strengthen your communication and intimacy for a stronger connection to one another.
No matter what you are going through. It may feel like it is far away or not possible. but I want you to know that change is possible. There are less anxious days ahead, happiness is possible, and you can regain emotional wellness.
