  • Is therapy right for me?

    Individuals attend counseling for a wide range of presenting problems academic stress, relationships issues, life transitions to more specific concerns like depression, anxiety or trauma. Therapy can help guide and identify the concerns, coping strategies and increase self awareness.


  • How many sessions will I need?

    We can determine the frequency of seasons at intake. Frequency is typically individual however sessions are usually weekly or bi-weekly.


  • How do virtual sessions work?

    We will work together to schedule a video session and at the time of the appointment you will log into the therapy room.


  • What do I do if I need help right away?

    If you have a mental health-related emergency outside of regular business hours please go to your local hospital or call 911.
